You need to visit a gynecologist especially fertility specialist if you really concerned about fertility.. Never delay if fertility is your main concern.. There are many causes of ovarian cysts like physiological cysts, chocolate cyst (this occurs in endometriosis which occurs commonly in young girls and one of the main causes of Infertility). Also a cyst can twist and then you land up in an emergency... Better visit a very good gynecologist

I would advise you to visit your OBGYN and undergo further investigations. The cyst reduces the fertility, the extent of which depends on the nature of the cyst. Eventhough it is reduced it doesn't mean that you won't be able to conceive at all. These steps may help with the cyst: - Avoid fatty/fried/junk food - Exercise regularly - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol Kindly visit the OBGYN at the earliest
