Regaring negative result

Hi my last date was june 30 and now i missed my periods i took hsg urine it shows negative for 3 times ...as i am obese and i have irregular periods ..but its almost 50 days crossed though i had all symptoms .so .i need to whether i am conceive or not? why its getting delay ...
