Hello.... Rubella vaccine is given to woman in fertile period that's around 18 to 28 years.. This is to prevent probable complication during pregnancy.. Because TORCH is group of infection during pregnancy can cause fetal anamoly and death.. Rubella is one of them and vaccine preventable . Avoid pregnancy 1 to2 months after vaccination.
