Regarding vitamins and vaccine
In fever and cold can we give multi vitamins and vitamin D3?? Second my baby vaccination date is 22 February but she has had a fever since yesterday? Is it safe for vaccination..Please suggest ?

In fever absorption of nutrients is low so you can skip although giving vitamin d and multivitamins won't harm but I suppose the baby will already be on many medications so that time better to give rest to multivitamins.
Fever during the period of vaccination better to wait evaluate the cause of fever consult in person paediatric and then medicate if necessary and then post stabilization, proceed with vaccination

Vaccines can be delayed by a week in case of fever.

It is preferable to delay vaccination by a week if baby has fever.
You can continue vitamin D3 even if baby is unwell
