Stress urinary incontinence is common condition in menopausal age group , specially who had previous vaginal birthings
If there is simultaneously prolapse, surgical treatment is hysterectomy n tightening of vaginal floor
If there is no prolapse , sling surgery or putting a tape under urethra n pulling it upwards , solve the problem
In short surgery is needed
Medication will not work
