Regarding treatment
I am attaching photograph.it looks like tooth srtucture is not perfect.because there is no ferrule .if i will chew food then tooth will break because there is no ferrule.please suggest me what should i do now.and what precautions should i take.

It seems you have completed your root canal and crown cutting procedure, from the picture shown in the references, I see that there is margin present in some areas, so I would suggest you to get a crown on the same tooth. The teeth will not break after the crown placement but there will be food lodgement, so you can wait for sometime till you have a problem or you can take the support of the adjoining tooth by getting a crown cutting done on the adjacent tooth as well and going for a bridge.
This is only my recommendation based on my clinical practice, your dentist may give you a better opinion based on clinical findings.

The x-ray shows a deep caries which needs a Root Canal Treatment followed by Crown. You need to get the treatment done at the earliest.
