Yes its safe to travel, depending upon the time period you will be travelling. As in avoid jerky vehicles , use your own vehicle if travelling by road, could use flights, trains.
In case of previous episode of bleeding avoid travelling as together.
Do keep yourself hydrated and follow the proper diet.
