Regarding threaten abortion
Hello , I have little bleeding(not soak fully one pad) at 12 weeks and doctor has prescribed 1 week full bed rest and another 3 weeks rest with proluton depot.I am a service holder and now 14 weeks running. May I return back to my normal office work ?

After 12 weeks pregnancy is generally considered safe provided you do not have other risk factors.you need to determine the cause of bleeding.get your TSH.GTT with 75 GM glucose checked.if high correct. if no bleeding for straight 2 to 3 weeks can resume job.continue proluton depot weekly till 20 weeks
