Thanks for your query Your ESR is high suggesting inflammation. Your Vit D is low. You have cysts in your breasts. You have cardiac symptoms of chest pain, palpitations etc. You also have acid peptic disorder. You also have low weight. Your periods are also delayed. You are also developing pigmentation of skin. And you are trying to give exams in between all these problems. Your condition seems to involve multiple system streams. If you get problem in one stream it becomes possible with difficulty of various grades to resolve that problem. But if you have multiple problems in multiple streams or systems all at the same time and if you are trying to give exams in between all this, you should realize that you are in a situation that is more demanding than you can perform. It's not possible to, all the time, to correct all the problem s in every place or system you see or encounter. Your situation is not made for a ordinary human being. These are situation s for extraordinary creatures or beings. Obviously if you are not able to cope it simply means there is nothing extraordinary about you or you cannot evolve to a point that you need to or you cannot transform yourself in a way that you can successfully get rid of all your ailments. You need extraordinary power of mind and body to get out of situation s like these. You have to be abnormally special to deal with all these together at the same time by yourself. Please consider giving up on less important pursuits such as exams now and try to focus on what's more important. Health is more important than anything else and there is no use if you gain something by loosing your health for any benefits whatsoever. I suggest you walk into emergency of a hospital and get yourself admitted even for a short period like a day or two. You needs multiple specialist s consultation all in one go. It's easier to do this when you are admitted as specialist s can visit you all at once then you go looking for them in different places. This way within a short time you will finish your consultation s with all specialist s and walk out of hospital having addressed all your problem s. It is your choice as to which stream of medicines you want to seek treatment from. Most people take treatment from those systems from which they get satisfactory treatment and symptoms get resolved successfully. That is your discretion and decision.
