Regarding the abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 45 Years

Dr,my mom aged 45 has abdominal pain( mostly in the umbilical and hypogastric region)since few days so she's using rab dsr in the morning and cyclopam and oflox oz twice The pain subsides when tablet is used and repeats (A month ago she had injury,so she used aceclo sp and chymoral forte and clavam 625 almost for a month :can this be cause for her pain or some other etiology Please help with the proper diagnosis and treatment

Probably it's gastritis. I suggest to get sonography of Abdomen and gastroscopy. Avoid spicy and painkillers.
