Can i trust STD test and HIV ! &@ test done after 45 days of exposure? if not when should it be taken?

Yes u cn trust it.. However repeat a test after 3months so that if by chance u were n window period then confirmation cn be done.. Or else do a PCR which s the confirmatory test
