Regarding telmisertan with moxonidine
My mother aged 69 years, is on BP medicines moxonidine 0.3 (1-0-1) since last 2 years. recently we found that her bp comes in Normal range (< 140/90) in morning where as in the evening time it comes slightly higher ( between 150/90 and 165/90) so inorder to control bp all the time, if I add telmisertan 40 (0-0-1) in the evening time, would it be ok??? to add telmisertan with moxonidine in order to control her bp all the time. Which one is more effective moxonidine mono therapy or combination therapy moxonidine 0.3 with telmisertan 40??? For better bp control all the time and at the same time no side effects. Need your valuable suggestions in this regard. Thank you

I think you should consult a doctor for such advise who ll check for all baseline conditions. But yes telmisartan can be added for blood pressure control.
