In this case i understand what you are going through but to start with CBCT is must to know alveolar bone structure and the we can decide whether implant or any other option. Basically if enough bone is there then there is no reason to not to do Implant.
Next Steps
Would advice you to visit a doctor n do cbct to decide next step
Health Tips
Implants can be done as long as good bone structure is avalaible

A lot of considerations are important in the planning phase of implant including the patients overall health, medical history, dental history, allergies, etc. A CBCT scan would me helpful in determining the amount of bone present and in deciding the prognosis of the treatment.
Next Steps
please first begin by visiting a dentist you trust, let him do an initial examination and then as per the recommendations you can move forward.
Health Tips
as time goes by, it may get more and more difficult to plan these treatments, hence avoid delays as far as possible.

Teeth implant is possible if periodontal and alveolar bone status of  the missing tooth area is good.if there is bone loss associated, missing teeth can be replaced with fixed partial or removable partial dentures.to know the status of bone and periodontal health, xray or opg of the jaws has to be taken.
