  4. Regarding tablet dosage. Suggest me!

Regarding tablet dosage
Hi , the doctor said me to gave my child 1/3 of lansoprozal tablet  in a daybut I mistakenly given 3 times 1/3 tablet in day .my baby age is 40 days .will this misusage of dose can lead to any side effects to my baby . could you please suggest me
