Regarding sudden period after menopause
My aunt didn't have period from past 4 years and she thought that it has been stopped and now she will not have period again. But few days ago she again observed period. She is worried about this. What may be the possible reason of this and what we should do in this case. kindly help.

Yes. This is called post menopausal bleeding. There is a gap of 4 years. She must consult a Gynaecologist in your area. Thorough Gynaecological examination and few investigations will have to be done. This can't be ignored, neither it is a case for tele-consultation.

In cases of post menopausal bleeding , uterus malignancy is to be ruled out. Kindly visit some gynecologist and get her evaluated. Endometrial biopsy is required, few more investigations may be required
