Regarding side effect of a medicine

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My daughter is diagnosed with PCOS. Dr prescribed Yasmin tablets to regularise periods and another tablet called aldactone 50. Now she is suffering from severe feeling of nausea and bloating stomach. Unable to sleep at night. Pl advice what can we do to reduce these difficulties
