My bros SGPT is 120 and after ultrasound found grade 1 fatty liver .In his life he never drink or smoke .But before 6 months was eating outside food junk food and all.....Is the SGPt alarming something how to lower the levels will it heal automatically?

Grade 1 fatty liver is quite common finding..SGOT is high but not that bad, reduce weight and no junk foods, try to maintain his BMI in normal range, eat lots of vegetables and fruits with protein, reduce carbs...
