To have pregnancy we need both male and female healthy ur wife should be normal like her harmonal reports should be normal her hsg should be normal Just go in path lab and give ur semen for test before that keep 3 days absistance if the count is 40 millions and the motility is 60% then it is normal if there is any abnormality in that then we have to go like wise
