Regarding pulse rate
Hi i have pulse rate problem sometimes it increases may be psvt or ist but after few months of start taking medicine betablocker i don't feel dhak dhak when pulse rate increase like 145-150 bpm but few days all of sudden i feel dhak dhak in chest very thumping sensation in chest measure pulse rate 135 bpm what is this in net I read nsvt also happen like this

Could be psvt, but get ecg, cardiac echo done to exclude any other cardiac problem.

The best thing to do right now is to consult a physician and understand why is this happening. If pulse rate is high, it’s something you should get checked in person and as soon as possible
