Regarding pulsation
I went to cardiologist, neurologist everything is normal...my adomen,neck,leg muscle pulsate...is it muscle problem??i do workout daily.

Do you feel pulsation just after workout. if that is the case some people are very sensitive and can feel the flow of blood after exercises. this position is indication of increase in the blood flow after exercises. This is good indication that your exercise is a working for you ,please don't worry but supplement your diet with protein that is very essential if you are on daily workout and doing weightlifting also. you can also take electrolyte, नींबू पानी with light salt and sugar is also good.

In most cases, such pulsations are a result of electrolyte imbalance. Try to correct that with proper juices (ORS or Limbu Sarbat). But it is not safe to assume so. Check for a month or two,or then get an appt at any known physiotherapy clinic.
