I have zero count in my sperm.My wife always had 28 days cycle.. But she missed hers this month...We tested at home and we got negative results and this is her 5 day

Hello.. Apart from pregnancy there are other reasons also like stress, hormonal changes like pcos, thyroid issues, any pills she's on , anemia which might cause delay in periods.mi would suggest you to meet an obstetrician and get examined...thank you
