  4. Regarding periods. Could be the reason?

Regarding periods
We have tried for baby this month but i got my period 2 days before usual date of my cycle,period was just like i was having every month i e 6 days cycle but during n after period i am feeling on and off mild pain on left side of my stomach,this never ever happened to me before,please tell me what could be the reason?
