Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello, My periods first day was 13th April & ended on 18th April. On 3rd May I was having period like pain in night in lower abdominal region, but periods did't came. So, What was the reason and when should I expect my periods, as my periods are always regular on time. Thanks
