Regarding penis
Skin that surrounds the urethra is fixed at the tip which cannot be pulled down as i saw to others who can freely pulled down and up.is this a problem and needs any treatment

Hello....  If you have tight prepause it's called phimosis,  where  you are unable to retract  the prepause.. phimosis is tight foreskin around glands which will not retract back ... Its causes pain during sexual intercourse ,A circumcision is a surgical procedure that removes the foreskin (the loose tissue) covering the glans (rounded tip) of the penis.circumcision is treatment of choice.
