  4. Regarding ovulation. Am ovulating today?

Regarding ovulation
I usually have irregular cycle. Sometimes I have 28 days cycle and sometimes 30 day cycle. My LMP was on 18th July and today is 19th day of my cycle. Today I am having excess of discharge which is like raw egg white and white stretchy discharge also. Does that mean I am ovulating today ?
