Regarding old Testicular bulging

Hello doctor my right testicle is bigger than left one. I mean i have a bulging/tumour in left testicle which is there from at least 4 or 5 years with no issues as i may recall .it may occur due to old trauma or other injuries while playing cricket and other things if i am not wrong. There is no problem in my testicles or body.. I was just concerned about that old bulge while going thorough online stuffs and want to be sure that it may not cause serious problems in future. And guide me Whom i should consult about that. What are the chances of it being serious issue.???
