Regarding NbNt and double marker report
My wife (32 years) is 13 weeks pregnant and had gone for NbNt and double marker test on 14.09.19 (12 weeks of pregnancy). Reading for same is as below: Free beta HCG 108, PAPP A 1.51, NT 1.6 Is the reading normal. On report at end following is mentioned: Trisomy 21 Screeing - The Risk is < 1:75 Statistically the result of double test is POSITIVE But Age Risk is 1:651 Trisomy 13/18 Screeing - The Risk is < 1:10000 Statistically there is NO RISK indication for Trisomy 13/18 Is there any thing to worry. It may also be noted that DOB has wrongly been taken by lab as 14.06.81 instead of 14.06.87

Go ahead with confirmatory tests like NIPT.. As this screening test is doubtful... Talk with your gynac

This whole report stands invalid as calculations are done on wrong data. Either recalculation should be done, else whole test needs to be repeated from a certified genetic lab. Please meet your Gynecologist again
