Regarding my reports
Hello, drs. I m suffering middle chest pain last 4 to 5 months, I have done blood test , ecg,hrct chest, chest xray, upper endoscopy, ultrasound n etc last 4 to 5 months. All r Reports are normal. Some mimor infection ( right middle  thin fobrious band in lungs. One think I tell you last October - 2020 indigestion problem  & anxiety like death fear with me , but after sometime  my digestive system is good after treatment of gestrologist. But anxiety of death fear continue with me And in March2020 I suffered via viral fever for 5 day's. Now days I am suffering chest pain n death fear anxiety. Any clinical issuse in my body.  Give me your valuable advice  for my health. days ,after I m feeling weakness , dozzyness n chest middle pain RtpCR -negative, after fever my body feel more weakness, dozzyness. Now days I m suffering chest pain n fear.

The anxiety is obviously one explanation and is associated with panic. As the chest pain and ECG are the only parameters-latter one not seen by me , it’s difficult to counsel beyond a point. You may first talk to your physician. Importantly if required under his guidance you may even a psychiatrist review if indicated. It’s your perspective. Given the choice I would advise a consultation preferably a physical for more satisfying interaction.
