Regarding missed period and pregnacy neg

I'm a mother of one child he is 9 years old na do have c section. We are planning for 2 baby and I'm 29years old and I missed my periods and I'm getting negative result but feeling morning tired,mood swinging, dizziness etc. Plz assist. Am I pregnant?
