Hello doctor, My daughter suffering from fever today afternoon 99° given p250 by 12'o clock again 6'o clock temperature is 102.6°now what to do doctor to reduce temperature? Is it ok to give meftal if yes then how much dosage her weight is 10.5 please suggest us doctor it will be very helpful for us.

You can give 3 ml of meftal, if fever does not subside. Repeat paracetamol every six hours for today. If still fever, please do a consultation

Paracetamol in weight appropriate dose can be given once every 6 hours. Inbetween tepid sponging with warm water can be done. Increase fluid intake if no vomiting. Better to avoid meftal
