I would advise you to speak with your treating obstetrician to understand the dosage and take the medication accordingly. The medicine is to be had twice a day for 15 days as directed by your treating doctor. Complamina Retard Tablet contains Xanthinol Nicotinate used to increase the blood flow in the vascular beds.
