Regarding MC delay and pregnancy

It's been 3 months into our marriage. My wife didn't get periods after 1st month. 1st month she had got. We did upt and it was negative 3 times. We want to confirm the pregnancy or else go ahead with regular MC cycle and then conceive.

Since UPT is negative...She needs withdrawal bleeding ..
So take her to your Gynaec let her get examined and then take medication.
