Its safe. Masturbation doesn't cause any harm to long term sexual life. It does not cause small penis/ early ejaculation / bodily weakness. Its a way for satisfying sexual impulse during unmarried stage. Most of 90% around males all over the world do masturbation during unmarried stage.
