Regarding liver function test

Hi Doctor I am a ckd patient since last 11 years..mt creatinine remains in between 5-5.5.I am on medications.Recently while checking my KFT blood test also got my LFT done. My SGPT is bit higher 66.8 and SGOT is 40.1..Is it serious..I am worried. Already struggling..I am 40 years old female
