The doctor has given me the rabbies vaccine named rabivax s in the back(hip portion). Is it ok. Because i heard somewhere that the vaccine should be taken in the arms that is intramuscular or skin, which is intradermal. But the doctor has given the vaccine on the back side.

It is true that most rabies vaccinations are given in hand. But you need to discuss it with the doctor who gave the injection to know why it has been given in back.

The vaccine can be given both intra dermally or intramuscularly but different doses. It may have been adjusted according to site. Talk to your doctor about this.
