Regarding Hiv and homo sex. Any disease?

Earlier i asked a question but the answer gave me confusion and stress,the doctor replied to have counselling but i don't understand what to do in the counselling, i am accepting answer of my question, below i am writing details. In 2001-2002 in my childhood two men had done unprotected homo sex with me i was the reveiver and in 2007-2008 i did unprotected homo sex with a boy, i was the inserter and his sperm also touched my penis...I am not a Gay all these was a mistake in teen age,after that incident i have not done any such mistakes nor i will do it in future. So my question is-      1. Can i get Hiv in future due to all those past activities? I have tested Hiv cmia screening and elisa test 6-7 times between 2008-2018 all the test are negative.    2. In future when i will do sex with my wife will i get Hiv due to all those past activities i mean will due to the past activities will be their any problem in my married life,can i get any disease ? Please answer me simple.
