About a month ago, my mother's blood pressure had shot up to 200/110. She was then prescribed medications (Loasartan-1 tablet twice a day, Telmikind-2 tablets twice a day, Atrovastatin-1 tablet twice a day)
Her BP is now in control around 110/70 everyday, however she is experiencing issues with breathing, chest congestion, dryness of throat and mouth.
Are these issues due to side effect of the antihypertensives?
Can we reduce the dosage to once a day? As we have seen that most of the people take it once a day
Your help would be really useful during this lockdown.
Thankyou
