Regarding headache. Be completely cured?

It it's migraine, unfortunately there is no lasting cure. You will have to identify trigger points for migraine, if you have one of them and avoid those. Otherwise, depending upon the frequency and severity of headache spells, you will have to continue the medications to tide over the acute crisis. There are some medications that can be taken to prevent an acute attack from precipitating. But they also need to be taken friendly upon severity and frequency of the attacks. You say that your pain is left sided only. If it is so then I recommend to get at least a head CT, a MRI preferably, to rule out other possibilities. Otherwise, if there is change in the character of pain or any associated new symptom consult a neurosurgeon/neurologist on priority basis.
