  4. Regarding fever. Babies, can i give him?

Regarding fever
Hello My son is 7 months old and from today morning (since 10 In the morning) he is having temperature 100 °c.So i have paracetamol for babies, can i give him? And please mention the dose also.

Yes u can give Paracetamol @10ml /kg every 6hrly orally. Also start ORS(1litre boiled water mix with 1sachet of ORS) and use it preferably within 12hrs. Also start Zinc dps(Zn 20dps) 1ml orally daily for 10days.. Visit hospital if baby becomes weak,not accepting orally and lethargic or fever persists for more then 2 day's.
