The white collection under the foreskin is smegma a normal thing. You can clean it with bathing soap. You do get erection but you can not penetrate.  This may happen due to two things: 1. You have performance anxiety 2. Your partner's vagina/hymen is tight. In my practice I have seen the 2nd issue quite often.

White particles under the foreskin are often smegma and can usually be cleaned with gentle daily washing under the foreskin. Loss of erection during penetration may be due to performance anxiety, stress, or erectile dysfunction. Please connect for a detailed evaluation and guidance.

Based on your description, there appear to be two separate concerns. The white particles accumulating under the foreskin are commonly due to a buildup of natural secretions, dead skin cells, and moisture, known as smegma. This can occur when the area beneath the foreskin is not cleaned regularly or completely. Gently retracting the foreskin during bathing and washing the area with clean water can usually help maintain hygiene. However, if there is associated redness, itching, pain, foul odor, swelling, or difficulty retracting the foreskin, a proper clinical examination is advisable to rule out conditions such as infection, inflammation, or acquired phimosis. Regarding the loss of erection during attempted penetration, this is a fairly common issue in men and does not necessarily indicate a serious physical problem. Since you mention that erections occur and even improved after taking tablets, the ability to achieve an erection is present. Many men experience erection loss specifically at the moment of penetration due to performance anxiety, fear of failure, excessive focus on the erection itself, relationship stress, discomfort, lack of confidence, or difficulty coordinating penetration. This can create a cycle where concern about losing the erection itself contributes to the problem.
Next Steps
It would be beneficial to focus on a relaxed and pressure-free sexual environment rather than concentrating solely on penetration. Adequate foreplay, open communication with your partner, and avoiding the expectation that penetration must occur immediately can help reduce performance-related anxiety. If the foreskin is tight, painful, or difficult to retract, or if the white deposits keep recurring despite good hygiene, a detailed evaluation is recommended. Health Tips
Maintain good genital hygiene by gently cleaning beneath the foreskin during bathing and ensuring the area is dried properly afterward. Regular physical activity, adequate sleep, stress management, and a balanced diet support healthy sexual function. Avoid excessive worry about sexual performance, as anxiety itself can interfere with maintaining an erection. Building confidence through patience, communication with your partner, and a calm approach to intimacy often leads to gradual improvement in sexual performance and satisfaction. Thank you
