Regarding elevated ALP
Hello doctors.
I am 32 weeks pregnant
I am having obstetric cholestasis. My values are as follows
Date - 22/04/23
ALP- 316
Bile acid -18
Date- 05/05/23
ALP- 361
Bile acid -11
My Bile has reduced and ALP has increased. Is it a matter of concern for the baby.
I am on Udiliv 300 mg medication there times a day. Plss response
