Hi , in March I had miss carriage, so we r planning to concieve after 2 months for next pregnancy, now am taking folvite 5mg tablets, I want to reduce my weight, my weight is 68 and height is 5'3,so my doubt is can I do intermittent fasting now that means 8hrs eating nd 16 hrs fasting, is it good or not, if I do intermittent fasting is there any effect to my next pregnancy plz tel me and help me ..
