Regarding Diabetes management
My mother has sugar of 375 pre lunch ( most of the time) we measured it through device at home. She doesn't take any medicines. She doesn't want to any test. She is having swelling in the left leg it happens on its own and now she has something like wound , it started from very small scratch. What should I do?

Hii .. your Pt need aggressive sugar treatment by insulin & drug . Your Pt developed Diabetic foot ulcer( most likely) , this need regular dressing & antibiotic sos . Please do her BP , Kidney function test too .
