Your HbA1c is in diabetes range but fasting and pp is normal. You should concentrate on weight loss program and strict lifestyle modifications. HbA1c sometimes rises due to non diabetes causes. Due to some haemoglobin related disorders ( mostly not harmful). Do your lifestyle changes, monitor fasting sugar and pp sugar after 2 months. You take advices from doctors regarding lifestyle advices.
