Dear Doctor, I am 33 years old married female, I get my periods very regularly every month, this month it's delayed by 10 days and still no sign of it arriving soon. I got the pregnancy test done using Prega News, is Prega News or such kits reliable? What are the other ways to confirm on this? How do I get my periods at the earliest?

Kit test in home if done properly with early morning samples is reliable. And if you to confirm further , do a urine for HCG, or Beta hcg titre in blood. Finally if men's is prolonged further do an USG of lower abdomen
