You should have controlled for a few days if you didn't want.
What was the problem in waiting till marriage.
It's march, and her LMP WAS in Feb.
She is way over the time period within which it can be terminated with just medicines.
And you are still just posting questions here.
You should have been in the gynaecologist clinic now.
