Regarding blister on baby gum
Good morning doctor, my daughter is 14month old weighing 8.1kg ( birth weight 2.5 kg ) still on breastfeeding haven't started formula yet . Has very little amount of water about 30ml or so and breastfeeding almost 12 times a day started saying lot of words and walking about 10 to 15 steps without support my only worry is she has got a white blister type thing on her lower gums is this normal ? It is there from past two weeks no sign of fever and infection . Also urinates multiple times in a day 20+ thank you is she good overall?

8 kg weight is less for a 14 month old child. You should reduce the frequency of breast feeding and increase ghee fortified complementary feeds . The gum issue I feel that she might be teething but I need to get a closer look. Please consult your Pediatrician for detailed advice on complementary feeding and the gum issue.
