Regarding a scratch by puppy

I feed dogs on daily basis and today 10-11-2020 I was playing with a stray puppy of about 3-5 months and after that when I sanitised my hand I felt a burning sensation, I realised it's a very teeny tiny scratch and I didn't notice any blood and also I noticed a bruise on my leg with no sign of blood. Is it necessary to get vaccination? I last got rabies vaccines in december 2018. Thank you!
