Deworming and vaccination should be done along with that right diet is of utmost importance and there are other things as well. It's not possible to write everything here so would recommend booking an online consultation for the same

Apart from regular vaccination and deworming you need to make sure they get proper nutrients for their health and growth. Try to give them protein rich diet. If possible you can use puppy food for them
This is the schedule.
Deworm- 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 weeks → 4, 6 months → then every 3 months lifelong.
Vaccines - 6–8 wks: DHPPi/L 1st | 9–11 wks: DHPPi/L 2nd | 12–14 wks: DHPPi/L 3rd + Rabies 1st, than Second rabies after 30 days of 1 rabies short.
After 1 year- DHPPi/L + Rabies booster yearly.
Note- Deworm 7–10 days before each vaccine. No bath 5–7 days post-vaccine. Start socializing 2 weeks after last puppy shot.
