Regardibg Salbutanol
Is Salbutanol (2 mg/ 5 ml ) TID safe to use for long term for old age asthma patient ? Can you explain in simple terms what is it's function ?

Salbutamol in any form is not good. It's a rescue medication and only given in acute emergency. As per asthma guidelines salbutamol is not prefered anymore.

As it causes Tachy cardiac, and Tremors,it is better to avoid,specialist in old age.pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Not at all. Oral use of salbutamol has to be avoided for long term use especially in old age patients as it has side effects on heart. So better get your patient evaluated by a Pulmonologist
